- Experience as a full stack engineer
- Someone who tends to the backend. Front-end experience is great (frameworks), bonus points if experience (SVELTE)
- Experience with modernization (breaking servers into micro-servers i.e.)would be a good to have
- Must have experience in Microsoft Stack (Azure, Z-Sharp, etc.)
