Cloud Project Manager

An employer is looking for a Cloud Project Manager to join their team. This person will be responsible for Cloud Engineering and Operations tenant projects, reporting and metrics. They will oversee all customer migrations from data centers to GovCloud and serve as the primary customer interface. They will be conducting meetings and tracking progress of project delivery of Azure and AWS cloud migration work with 30 plus customer tenants. They will lead a team of architects, engineers, and technical writers to ensure that the engineering team and tasks are aligned with the Customer objectives and agreed timelines. This is a fully remote position that requires working online from 8 AM to 5 PM EST.

- Ability to obtain DHS EOD

- 3 years of experience managing, building, operating, and improving Cloud Computing environments in Azure or AWS

- Experience managing/leading multiple migrations alongside architects, engineers, and tech writers

- Experience managing work in Jira or similar work tracking systems

- 5 years total of Computer Systems experience in project management of computer analysis, cloud analysis, integration, infrastructure, engineering or programming

-Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration Science, Mathematics, or Engineering related field

-Will have to obtain an Azure or AWS Certification before start but will not need to have for IV

-PMP

-Agile Methodology certificate

-Gov cloud experience
