Insight Global is looking for a Senior Data Lead to join one of our clients on their vulnerability management project team. Hybrid on-site 3 days per week in Richmond VA.
The senior analyst will with onshore and offshore teams of analysts to collect, clean, analyze, and visualize data from various sources. The data analyst will be responsible for creating and presenting reports that provide insights and recommendations to different groups within the organization, such as governance teams, developers, and stakeholders. The data analyst will also collaborate with these groups to understand their needs, expectations, and feedback. Use data analysis tools and techniques to explore, validate, and interpret data from multiple sources. Identify and resolve data quality issues and ensure data integrity and consistency. Create data models, dashboards, and visualizations that communicate complex data in a clear and compelling way. Present data findings and recommendations to various audiences, using appropriate language and formats. Engage with the audiences to understand their requirements, answer their questions, and incorporate their feedback. Stay updated on the latest data trends, best practices, and technologies.
Tasks/Responsibilities:
Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets to support business decision-making.
Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using BI tools (Tableau, excel).
Lead Agile ceremony meetings(DSU, grooming, release planning) and drive accountability with teammates.
Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to provide actionable insights.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into user stories.
Ensure data integrity and accuracy by performing data validation and testing.
Pay range is 70-75/hour depending on years of experience.

1.) 7+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analysis, or a related role.
2.) 2+ years of experience as a Scrum Master/PO in an Agile development environment.
3.) Strong proficiency in Tableau
4.) Strong proficiency in Oracle DB and SQL DB
5.) Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
