A growing imaging center in Ridgeway, VA is seeking a Radiology Manager to lead day-to-day operations while remaining hands-on across modalities. This is an exciting opportunity to join a small, high-growth organization with a new CEO focused on expansion and operational excellence.
This individual will play a key role in overseeing imaging services while actively contributing as a technologist in CT/MRI environments.
Small, tight-knit imaging center team (MRI, CT, and front desk staff)
Supported by a lean but highly involved HR team
Part of a ~150-person organization with ambulatory surgery centers and imaging services

Required Skills & Experience
ARRT certification required
CT and MRI experience required
Prior leadership or management experience (2–3+ years preferred)
Experience working in a multi-modality imaging environment
Strong understanding of radiology operations, compliance, and patient care standards
Experience with Siemens equipment preferred
Reliable, professional, and shows up consistently
Mature, accountable, and able to lead in a small team setting
Entrepreneurial mindset with interest in helping grow a developing organization
Comfortable working in a smaller, fast-paced environment with high visibility and impact
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Direct experience as an Imaging Team Lead/ Radiology Manager
