Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a detail‑oriented and safety‑focused Operations Specialist to support daily warehouse, inventory, and order‑fulfillment operations in a fast‑paced environment. This role is responsible for managing inventory accuracy, coordinating inbound and outbound shipments, fulfilling standard and project‑based orders, and ensuring all items are properly tracked within digital inventory systems. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with technology systems, performing physical warehouse work, and collaborating closely with internal teams and external partners. Pay Rate for this role is $18-23/hr

Required Skills & Experience

Proficiency with Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Sheets, Docs, Slides, Forms).
Experience using inventory tracking systems, asset management tools, or warehouse management systems (ServiceNow / AssetTrack experience strongly preferred).
Comfortable with accurate data entry, digital recordkeeping, and use of handheld scanners.
Experience with shipping, receiving, inventory control, or warehouse operations is preferred.
Ability to lift, push, pull, or carry items weighing up to 50 lbs.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move for extended periods of time.
Comfortable working in areas that may not be climate‑controlled and in a fast‑paced warehouse environment.
Willingness and ability to operate material‑handling equipment following required training.
