Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Data Governance Consultant to join the Data Quality & Control organization with one of our clients. The role is 3 days on-site per week in Richmond VA. The consultant will maintain and execute EDM standards for the domain across multiple teams.
Partner in the remediation of data incidents for the domain. Assist in the build and maintenance of the domain dictionary. Assist in the definition, stewardship, quality control, metadata and access of data owned by respective Domain. Help align and monitor key performance indicators and internal controls. Partner with Technology to create an infrastructure and processes that adhere to the EDM standards and other regulatory mandates. Engage with user communities to ensure data is accurate, complete and fit for purposes. Requires proactive notification of data changes and assessment of stakeholder impact. Assist users with education and training. Engage stakeholders. Shepherd data consumers through process requests (intake) for data and reporting. Must be able to effectively communicate with various lines of businesses, Understand Framework documentation and convey what is illustrated and proficiently carry out responsibilities in regards to sustainable data management, Create processes and workflow credentials, and be proficient in MS Office suite (Excel and Powerpoint).

Maximum pay is 70.24/hour depending on years of experience.
