Administrative Assistant

Insight Global is looking for an Administrative Assistant to join a local client. The Administrative Assistant will be supporting the Sustainability and Energy team. They will be responsible for:
-Engaging in email and phone responses both internally and externally
-Handling department purchase orders
-Managing calendars and coordinating schedules for meetings
-Taking meeting minute notes and publishing within specified time limits
-Filing and organizational tasks

3+ years of experience as an administrative assistant
Associates degree

Experience in sustainability, energy, or environmental company
Bachelors
