This position is willing to offer a salary of $115,000-$130,000 + Relocation Assistance & Mobilization Costs. This position requires a Secret US Government Security Clearance and will require relocation to Montenegro.
The Cybersecurity Policy SME will assess and validate current needs in regard to cyber defense and information assurance (to include networking security, cyber infrastructure, and cyber defense). The contractor shall collaborate, review, analyze, and develop required documents, reports, processes, policies, doctrine, directives, regulations and training plans, and implementation instructions. Conduct on-site collaboration with the government client and related agencies for the purposes of collecting data and information to analyze and determine the requirements of the government client in meeting government client cybersecurity regulations in the areas of tactical operations and information security. The contractor is responsible for the collection and documentation of all information necessary to meet the requirements.
Highlights of Responsibilities:
Assess and validate current needs in cyber defense and information assurance (networks, risks, vulnerabilities).
Review existing government client cybersecurity and cyber defense policies and procedures.
Develop comprehensive cybersecurity policies and cyber defense force structure plans.
Create and validate technical, training, and sustainment plans for future strategy phases.
Develop IT system policies to address critical risks and vulnerabilities.
Define operational and technical requirements for system solutions supporting Initial and Final Operational Capability (IOC & FOC).
Provide liaison support by translating Partnership Programs into government client policy requirements.
Transfer knowledge, best practices, skills, and techniques through on-site advisory presence.
Offer left seat/right seat training to the government client on cybersecurity, cyber defense, and information assurance.
Develop a time-phased training plan based on customer requirements.
Provide technical services including on-site collaboration, policy analysis, capability determination, and knowledge transfer.
Consolidate manuals, policies, and procedures for efficient transfer to the Host Nation.
Conduct closeout of technical requirements as per the Project Schedule.
