Very Strong Excel skills are a must
Working knowledge of how to use Excel and be prepared to speak to examples of how they utilize (not just entering data in a simple spreadsheet) Example; invoicing using an offline knowledge on filters, building pivot tables, updating existing complex time sheets with formulas already in place -without overwriting formulas, etc.
Please inquire with them to provide actual working experience and provide this information when the resumes are put into Simplify
We would like them to come prepared to answer specifics on how they use excel in their current and past positions; in addition to what is provided in Simplify
We may ask them to take an Excel Assessment if the initial interview goes well and we feel like they are a good fit
Billing background and/ or accounting background a plus
Time management we work in a very fast past, although training may start off slower, they will need to maintain a fast past once through training
Organized
Strong note taking skills during training
Strong work ethic dedicated, self-starter
Technology proficient many tasks are handled via teams and our internal software, and ongoing when communicating with project operations group
