Job Description

A defense electronics organization is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead the execution of complex, mission‑critical programs within its Space Electronic Systems (SES) portfolio. This role oversees multiple spaceflight and space‑qualified electronic programs across the full lifecycle, from design and development through manufacturing, integration, delivery, and customer acceptance.

This position supports sub‑product‑based programs within SES and serves as a key interface between engineering, manufacturing partners, customers, and internal leadership. The ideal candidate brings hands‑on experience managing space electronic systems, understands how boards, power supplies, and integrated electronics are designed and built, and is comfortable operating in a fast‑paced, small‑to‑mid‑size company environment where Program Managers own outcomes end‑to‑end. The Senior Program Manager will partner closely with a Lead Systems Engineer, providing strong program ownership across cost, schedule, scope, and customer commitments, while helping teams navigate technical and execution challenges to deliver flight‑worthy electronic systems.

This is a full-time hybrid position. Preference for the candidate reside near Fairfax, VA or Littleton, CO. If not reside in commuting distance should anticipate traveling between 30% to 50%. This position is offering a salary range of $140,000 - $185,000. If interested, please apply!
