Job Description

My client based out of Northern Virginia is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to join their team. They will be assigned to a mission critical interior fit-out project where they will oversee MEP and structural upgrades to a data center. Their daily responsibilities will be balancing their site work with their office work - walking the jobsite/meeting with the subcontractors, attending meetings, helping to submit change forms and edits to the schedule/budget.

Required Skills & Experience

-3-15 years total work experience for a general contractor
- 1-3 years already as an APM or PM - rate tiers below
APM I 95k-125k
APM II 115k-145k
PM I 135k-165k
PM II 155k-185k
- strong MEP understanding

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- Mission Critical experience
- Bachelors degree
