Insight Global is seeking an Assistant Project Manager or Project Manager 1 to join a client in the Sterling, VA area, The Assistant Project Manager (APM) supports the planning, coordination, and execution of mission critical data center construction projects. This role works closely with Project Managers, field teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within scope, and on budget. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, proactive, and thrives in fast‑paced, technically complex environments.

Required Skills & Experience
Required
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field; or equivalent experience.
1–4 years of experience in construction, engineering, or project coordination.
Strong understanding of construction processes, documentation, and terminology.
Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Project) and cloud‑based project management tools.
Experience working for a general contractor
Experience supporting mission critical projects
