Responsibilities
• Deploy virtual machines and administer Google Cloud Platform and GKE (Kubernetes)
• Setup monitoring of all applications including performance and uptime monitoring
• Assist Development Team in Debugging Priority Issues

Required Skills & Experience
• Strong background in application security (OWASP, NIST, MITRE ATT&CK).
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages (C#, Python, Java, or JavaScript).
• Experience with CI/CD and DevSecOps tooling (SonarQube, Snyk, Veracode, GitHub Actions, etc.).
• Familiarity with container security (Docker, Kubernetes, Istio).
• Cloud security expertise (IAM, secrets management, network segmentation).
• Knowledge of regulatory/compliance frameworks relevant to the org.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related work experience
• 5+ years' experience in IT support in a DevOps environment
• Experience in performance, uptime monitoring, and debugging solutions through the IT stack
• Experience with : APM, SIEM, Log Analysis Tools, Debuggers, Profilers, Packet Capture Tools, Tracing Tools, Performance Monitoring Tools, Error Tracking Tools, Memory Analyzers, Network Analyzers, System Monitoring Tools, Observability Platforms
• Working knowledge of Microservices and how they are applied in a cloud environment, especially as they relate to .NET, AZURE, AWS, GCP
• Monthly “On-Call” rotation with ability to respond 24-hours a day to emergencies
