Job Description

-Performs remote testing and provisioning of company products/services. Serves as customer service point of contact. Completes complex tasks in creative and effective ways. Consistently works on complex assignments requiring independent action and a high degree of initiative to resolve issues. Makes recommendations for new procedures. Prepares reports for analysis of trends and service availability. Works on assignments that are moderately difficult, requiring judgment in resolving issues or in making recommendations. Acts independently to determine methods and procedures on new assignments. The successful candidate will support compliance activity governed by the Federal Government. Candidate must meet United States government security requirements in accordance with government contract.

Required Skills & Experience

-This is a shift position.: 12:00 Noon - 8:30 PM ET.
-Employees must be available to work a flexible schedule (including days, nights, weekends and holidays) during emergency situations.
-This department is a 24 X 7 support center to the customer during emergency situations.
Must Have:
-High school diploma or equivalent
-Current or ability to obtain a U.S. Government Security Clearance (required)
-One year customer service experience
-Minimum of one year experience that demonstrates proficiency in Microsoft Office products.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

-Bachelor's degree preferred
