Prepare detailed cost estimates for MEP systems in commercial construction projects.
Analyze project plans, specifications, and other documentation to prepare comprehensive estimates.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to gather necessary information for accurate estimates.
Review and evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotes.
Identify potential cost-saving opportunities and value engineering options.
Maintain and update cost databases and estimating software.
Prepare and present estimate reports to management and clients.
Assist in the preparation of bid proposals and tender documents.
Monitor project costs and provide cost control support throughout the project lifecycle.

Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in estimating MEP systems for commercial construction projects.
Proficiency in estimating software (e.g., Bluebeam, PlanSwift, or similar).
Strong understanding of MEP systems, construction methods, and materials.
Excellent analytical and mathematical skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
