One of our clients is seeking a Construction Project Manager in Northern, VA to support our exciting construction project for our technology client.
Job Description:
Provides overall management administration to project and assists in establishing project specific objectives and policies.
Provides technical direction and guidance to subordinate managers, enforces company and project policies, maintains close client interface, and ensures all facets of the project are constructed in accordance with design, budget and schedule through subordinate managers and supervisors.
Position has significant profit/loss responsibility for assigned construction project.

Required Skills & Experience
BS Engineering (Civil, Architectural, Structural)/Construction Management or similar curriculum plus 6 years of relevant vertical construction experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
6 years of experience in the construction industry.
Desire to work in a fast paced, challenging, technical, mission critical construction project.
Experience with large vertical construction (200,000 Sq Ft).
Experience in sitework, concrete, steel, and interiors in mission critical environments.
Experience running larger scale projects.
Fluency in construction paperwork including scope writing, purchasing, scheduling, planning, invoicing.
Experience in ground-up construction.
