Insight Global is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner (NP), or Medical Doctor (MD/DO) with prior experience in wound care and skin grafts to join our mobile care team. This role involves traveling to skilled nursing facilities, patient homes, and correctional facilities to provide specialized wound care services.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform comprehensive wound assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
Conduct and manage skin graft procedures and advanced wound care techniques.
Visit an average of 6 patients per day across multiple locations.
Document patient encounters accurately and timely using EMR systems.
Collaborate with facility staff, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.
Maintain compliance with all clinical and regulatory standards.

Active and unrestricted NP, or MD/DO license in the state of practice.
Minimum 2 years of experience in wound care, including skin graft procedures.
Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills.
Ability to work independently in a mobile setting.
Must have a reliable personal vehicle and valid drivers license.
Willingness to travel daily to various patient locations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
