Job Description
We are looking for a player-coach SAP Supply Chain Lead with deep expertise in Warehouse Management and Materials Management to lead and scale warehouse-related initiatives. This individual will own delivery across supply chain programs, manage a blended onshore/offshore team, and serve as the primary point of contact for business and IT stakeholders. The ideal candidate combines strong leadership capabilities with hands-on functional expertise and can help shape the long-term SAP roadmap, including potential S/4HANA migration. The salary for this role is $150-160k depending on years of experience.

Required Skills & Experience
• Deep expertise in SAP Warehouse Management (WMS) and Materials Management (MM)
• Proven experience leading supply chain or warehouse management teams and initiatives
• Strong leadership and ownership mindset with ability to drive projects to completion
• Ability to act as a single point of contact for stakeholders and escalation issues
• Experience managing cross-functional and distributed teams (onshore/offshore)
• Strong business-facing communication skills and stakeholder engagement
• Hands-on experience with SAP, not just people management
• Experience in warehouse and production planning environments
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA or leading ECC to S/4 transitions
• Exposure to SAP EWM or advanced warehouse solutions
• Background in building or leading business cases for system upgrades or transformations
• Experience supporting large-scale rollouts or scaling operations (5x growth initiatives)
• Prior consulting experience across multiple environments or clients
• Understanding of automation and efficiency initiatives in supply chain operations
