Job Description

The CSA Engineer will be responsible for overseeing and managing civil, structural, and architectural aspects of the construction phase, ensuring compliance with the project schedule, Construction Methodology, and quality requirements. The role involves coordination with multiple stakeholders, including Authority, supervision consultants, contractors, and the client, to ensure seamless execution of project deliverables in accordance with design document and PIP (Project Implementation Plan).

2. Design Management
3. Change Management
4. Managing CSA Technical Issues
5. Reporting

Required Skills & Experience

1. BE / BS Engineering for Civil engineering.
2. 5-7 years experiences in construction project.
3. It would be beneficial to have experience in manufacturing facility projects with a similar scale.
4. 2-3 years experiences in managerial position of CM.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

1. Ability to prioritize and plan effectively.
2. Knowledge of Primavera or MS Project.
3. Knowledge of safety management principles.
4. Strong ability to effectively communicate and coordinate progress, cost, and construction activities with project stakeholders.
