Job Description

One of Insight Global's clients is looking to hire for a Property Manager to help run daily operations at a large portfolio, including 120,000 square feet of commercial space, 200+ residential apartment units and retail in Charlottesville, VA. This will be an onsite role, 9AM - 5PM Monday - Friday. This individual will be responsible for general administration functions, leasing and physical operations including giving guidance to the maintenance team. They will perform inspections of tenant/resident space, common areas, amenities , conduct meetings with contracted vendors, implement security procedures and energy costs.

Required Skills & Experience

- 5+ years of experience in property management

- Computer proficient (MS Office suite and knowledge of accounting software such as Yardi)

- Excellent organizational and communication skills

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- CPM certification preferred

- Fair Housing certification
