Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Manager of member benefits research to gather qualitative data that supports membership program development for a large financial institution. This candidate will be highly professional and able to communicate with non-US executives in an effort to gather valuable member feedback. This candidate must demonstrate a high proficiency in collecting qualitative data using an array of methods including but not limited to surveys, interviews, and polls. This is an opportunity to lead innovative research with demonstratable impact on a global scale. This candidate will be responsible for defining, leading, analyzing and socializing research that generate insights to empower business decisions. The manager of member benefits research will partner with teams passionate about delivering engaging, innovative and high-value offerings for the institution's members.



Day to Day:

* Define, design and execute a range of qualitative research studies that build a strong understanding of existing and future members and their needs and experiences worldwide.

* Speak directly with members around the world to get feedback on current and new products and benefits.

* Execute research roadmap to generate insights to inform new product development, new benefits, changes to existing benefits, and other membership-related priorities.

* Utilize best practices in research methodologies.

Required Skills & Experience

- Demonstratable experience in product and/or customer research informing growth and monetization strategy.

- Mixed methods research expertise including hands-on experience leading end-to-end qualitative and concept testing research efforts.

- A balance of creative and analytical skills with the ability to proactively define research questions, identify appropriate methods, execute studies and synthesize findings.

- Excellent communicator with a professional demeaner, with demonstrated cultural awareness.

- Passionate about translating findings into actionable strategic business recommendations.

- Global research experience required.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

-Experience supporting subscription businesses preferred.
