An employer in Charlottesville, VA is looking for an RN, specializing in home health. The RN will start each day with a morning meeting to discuss patient triage and scheduled appointments. The RN will then go to patient homes to assist in examinations, testing and treatment of participants, complete certification orders and discharge summaries, implement orders written by primary care physician, and instruct participants and family regarding medications and treatment instructions. This is a Monday-Friday schedule with no on-call work.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Pay range is between $50 and $56 an hour. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 1st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
