Insight Global is seeking a qualified candidate to join the facilities maintenance team at a large municipality in the area. * Makes repairs for any identified problems to ensure the safety of operations..
* Utilities Building Automation Systems (BAS) to view operating status of systems and makes decisions on needed adjustment, repair or changes.
* Completes forms and enters into the work order system for accurate accountability of time and resources.
* Assists with Capital Improvement Projects (CIP), Requests for Quotes (RFQ), Invitation for Bids (IFB) and other improvement projects by making recommendations on scope of work, design specifications, cost, scheduling etc.
* Responsible for appropriate use and maintenance of City equipment, tools and other resources, including work time,
* Regular and predictable attendance.
* Subject to being called back to work in emergencies or as needed to provide necessary services to the public. Must have the ability to be contacted and respond based on Departmental guidelines.
The pay range for this candidate is between $18.00-$22.00/hr based on experience

- 1-3 years of experience in servicing, maintaining, and repairing electrical equipment
- experience in commercial electric, will be required to work both high and low voltage electric systems
