The Solutions Architect works with the Vice President of Business Development to support business development, capture, and growth activities.
They will be responsible for the presales, thought leadership and advisory support to federal clients.
Should be able to develop a prototype, design a solution or write a proposal's technical volume.
Translates technical requirements into a solution to solve customer challenges.
Architect compliant and compelling solutions, write articulate proposal responses and be able to orally present such solutions to customers with a high level of confidence.
Design technical solutions to complex IT requirements.
Understand the landscape of potential solutions available in the market and engage with partners and vendors to determine optimal solutions by performing alternative analysis.
Develop a basis of estimates based on the SOW, SOO or PWS
Prepare responses to Requests for Information (RFI) and Sources Sought (SS) to help position the company for competition.
Coordinate with technical teams, operations teams, and teaming partners to develop win themes, identify key discriminators and price to win strategies.
Prepare and deliver presentations to customers, partners, and others to help position the company for and shape the acquisition strategy of potential opportunities. Participate in proposal orals as required.
Support Bd/No Bid decisions by reviewing opportunities against company capability areas and past performance experience.
Support company brand development and market outreach activities. Create marketing content and materials as required to present the company and its end-to-end solutions. Represent the company at networking events and in professional associations.

Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 10 years of technical architecture experience, preferably in large enterprise solutions.
Should be able to clear a government background check and be eligible to receive up to a Top-Secret Security Clearance
The Solutions Architect is current with knowledge of emerging technologies, enterprise architectures, cloud-based technologies and has experience managing AI and Machine Learning projects.
The successful candidate will have knowledge of federal contracting proposal development and a background in software development.
Lead technical portions of the capture and proposal processes
Must have experience developing software.
Knowledge of industry proposal practices, including Shipley Best Practices
Excellent communication skills with a high level of proficiency in business and technical writing, editing, and proofreading.
Experience with supporting IDIQ and Task Order responses via contract vehicles.
ITIL, SAFe Agilist, CISSP or other technical certifications are highly desired.
