Job Description

Insight Global is looking for an experienced Scrum Master, or an individual with Agile leadership experience over software or DevOps teams to join us in support of a mission critical effort for the USAF and other joint customers. This individual will be stepping in to adopt Agile methodologies and help mature the development process of 3 teams of Software Engineers. They will be responsible for managing documentation in confluence, as well as project tracking and management through Jira.

The successful candidate will have an assertive personality and experience building and managing teams on mission-critical programs and applications. There are currently personnel on the ground that have been working the project, so part of the role will be standardizing and formalizing existing development practices.

Hourly: 72-84/hr
Salary: 150,000-175,000

Required Skills & Experience

-Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of experience
-Active TSSCI clearance
-Experience leading teams of software developers through through sprints and product development
-Experience using Jira and Confluence for tasking, project management, and user stories
-Experience managing requirements and communications with a government customer through a software development project
