Insight Global is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our client's relationship-driven outpatient team in Cape Charles, VA. Whether you're a seasoned clinician or a fresh graduate ready to make your mark, we offer a supportive environment that values flexibility, autonomy, and work-life balance.
You’ll treat 10–12 patients per day, with 1–3 evaluations daily and enjoy 1 hour of admin time plus two 30-minute breaks built into your schedule. We believe in giving our therapists the time and space to build meaningful connections with patients—because healing happens through relationships.

Required Skills & Experience
-Active Physical Therapy license in Virginia
-Doctorate or Master’s degree from an accredited PT program
-Good standing with all relevant boards
-Open to new grads!
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
-Spanish or Haitian Creole language skills
-CPR certification
