Job Description
-Prioritize safety and adhere to all site policies
-Lead execution of hyperscale projects with full accountability
-Manage budgets, schedules, and risk across complex workstreams
-Oversee large teams (50–100+ technicians) and multiple project phases
-Maintain clear communication with stakeholders and leadership
-Drive disciplined change management and proactive risk mitigation
-Provide mentorship and support continuity during leadership gaps
-Escalate issues early with clear, actionable solutions

Required Skills & Experience
-High school diploma or GED required
-5+ years of project management experience.
-Demonstrated hyperscale data center experience.
-Strong forecasting, risk, and change management capability.
