Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Recruiter to support full cycle recruiting across a range of corporate functions. This role will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and partnering with hiring managers to deliver qualified talent efficiently. Responsibilities include:
• Source qualified candidates using LinkedIn and other recruiting platforms
• Conduct phone and Teams interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders
• Manage offer creation and negotiations, and support candidates through the onboarding process
• Effectively prioritize and manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously

• LinkedIn sourcing expertise
• High volume requisition experience

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Data center
• HR, IT, Legal recruiting experience
• Director level and above recruiting experience
