Insight Global is looking for a Superintendent in various locations to lead and manage large-scale construction projects. This will include overseeing full project life-cycle from feasibility to completion, developing project strategies, plans, and budgets & assembling qualified project teams. The Superintendent will also be responsible for scheduling, coordinating, and supervising employee activities including supervising trade groups in different construction disciplines.
Other Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Strategy: Oversee construction activities by determining methods, manpower, materials, equipment, and schedules. Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and timelines.
Team Leadership: Coordinate efforts across various crafts, departments, and contractors. Resolve construction issues and maintain communication with unions.
Resource Management: Monitor adherence to safety programs and document corrective actions. Ensure materials, equipment, and inspections align with project schedules.
Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate with internal and external stakeholders, including executives, clients, and vendors, to ensure alignment and address concerns.
Performance Monitoring: Track project progress using metrics and reports, adjusting plans as needed to meet evolving requirements or challenges.
Quality Assurance: Ensure all deliverables meet required quality standards and compliance regulations.
Innovation and Improvement: Continuously seek ways to optimize processes and enhance project outcomes through innovative technologies or methodologies.
Compensation:
$35/hr to $40/hr
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
