Insight Global is looking for a Sr Scheduling Engineer in various locations. The Senior Scheduling Engineer will collaborate with various project stakeholders to plan and schedule projects, lead and engage with the project team, manage resources and risks, communicate updates, monitor performance, ensure quality, and continuously seek process improvements.
Additional Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Strategy: Work closely with the preconstruction manager, project managers, engineers, superintendents, contractors, and other project services staff to provide detailed planning and scheduling from conceptual planning through engineering and construction.
Resource Management: Achieve both short-term and long-term project objectives by creating and managing schedule logic, constraints, realistic activity durations, and resource availability. Evaluate the effects of design changes and schedule delays, and communicate all schedule updates to company management and clients.
Risk Management: Assess the impact of design changes and schedule delays, and communicate all schedule updates to company management and clients.
Stakeholder Engagement: Engage in challenging discussions with the entire project team, including the Owner, General Contractor, AE, Subcontractors, and Suppliers. Interact with clients, attend regular meetings, and present statistical reports.
Performance Monitoring: Track project progress through metrics and reporting, adjusting plans as necessary to meet changing requirements or challenges.
Quality Assurance: Integrate detailed fragments and make necessary sequencing adjustments as required.
Innovation and Improvement: Continuously seek ways to optimize processes and improve project outcomes through innovative technologies or methodologies.
Compensation:
$45/hr to $50/hr
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

- Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Project Mgmt, Business Administration or other relevant degree
- 15+ years of experience within construction scheduling
- Experience with $50 Million projects within general construction, electrical construction, manufacturing construction, technology, or infrastructure industries (utility, communication, buildings or energy).
- Experience and proficiency in gathering, maintaining, reporting, and analyzing schedule data
- Experience using Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, BlueBeam
- Valid drivers license & passport willingness to travel
