The main function of a Data Center Environmental Permitting & Compliance Program Manager is to manage environmental due diligence, environmental permitting acquisition, compliance, and approvals, and support compliance activities during site acquisition, design, and construction.
Job Responsibilities:
Manage environmental due diligence and environmental permitting acquisition and approvals.
Support compliance activities during site acquisition, design, and construction.
Responsible for the development and on-time delivery of environmental permits to support construction of data centers.
Regularly collaborate with key Microsoft stakeholders, including legal, design, construction, and operations teams.

Strong Background in environmental permitting and compliance
Strong background in project management
Advanced knowledge of environmental permitting programs, remedial investigations, remediation strategies and execution, site conceptual models, and site management plans.
Bachelor's degree in environmental engineering, Civil Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Environmental Science, or relate degree required. 10+ years of relevant experience required.
