Job Description
US Regional Easements Manager supports data center development by managing infrastructure easements (power, water, fiber). This role ensures seamless coordination across internal teams and external stakeholders to enable timely and cost-effective delivery of real estate and utility access.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead cross-team efforts to secure easements for utilities.
Negotiate with landowners and manage external suppliers.
Mitigate stakeholder risks and support site selection.
Oversee legal workflows for easement agreements.
Maintain documentation flow to meet project deadlines
Skills & Qualifications:
Strong organizational and project management skills.
5+ years of Right-of-Way negotiations.
Ability to collaborate across diverse teams.
Knowledge of real estate development and utility routing.
Executive presence and effective communication.
Fluent in business English; additional languages a plus.
Pay Rate 45-65/hr

Required Skills & Experience
Bachelor’s in Real Estate, Civil Engineering, or related field.
5+ years in infrastructure real estate and Right-of-Way easement negotiation.
Major Utility Infrastructure Knowledge
Proven problem-solving and stakeholder engagement.
Experience with contracts, legal coordination, and research.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Data center development.
Oil & Gas Experience
Large organization and international real estate experience.
Familiarity with project scheduling tools (e.g., MS Project).
