Job Description

The Supply Chain Manager ensures effective and efficient operations through providing good leadership and development of his or her team while monitoring the team adheres to our departmental policies, procedures, staff and standards. He or she is responsible for organizing and managing the team required to ensure achievements in both our financial and parts quality objectives. The Supply Chain Manager is responsible for managing and maintaining the best sources of supply for all components, materials and services. The Supply Chain Manager considers all aspects of their relationship with suppliers, including quality, value and the ability to respond quickly to changing supply requirements. This includes to select suppliers that can act as long-term partners and help the company meet and exceeds its growth objectives.

Required Skills & Experience

- 8-10 years of experience in a purchasing/inventory management/supply chain environment - negotiations, inventory control
- Strong understanding of inventory, shipping and receiving - some sort of exp with warehouse management
○ 70% office, 30% on the floor
Bachelors Degree in any related field

Manufacturing background
Epicore ERP experience
