A next generation data center development & real estate company is seeking a Project Manager to support Data Center Construction & Commissioning projects in the Greater Richmond, VA area. Insight Global is seeking a Commissioning Owner’s Representative for a rapidly growing start up consultancy supporting large scale, hyperscale data center programs. This individual will operate at a PM and advisory level, helping bring consistency and structure to commissioning efforts across multiple sites. The ideal candidate thrives in fast paced, evolving environments, can be dropped into complex situations with minimal hand holding, and brings a flexible, solutions oriented mindset. This is a highly visible role supporting mission critical infrastructure projects with significant growth potential. Hourly pay rate $60-$90/hr based on experience

Required Skills & Experience
Hyperscale data center commissioning experience
Proven ability to step into ambiguous, fast moving environments
Owner’s Representative commissioning experience
Experience creating or enforcing commissioning consistency/processes
Comfortable supporting large, enterprise scale data center programs
Flexible mindset; not rigid
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Project management (PMP) or construction management (CCM) certifications.
Experienced in hyperscale turn-key data center projects.
Experienced in real estate development and/or finance.
Experience supporting multiple large scale data center campuses simultaneously
