Microbiologist

• Input and record sample data in LIMS
• Prepare and analyze microbiological samples using aseptic techniques
• Operate Flow Cytometer, DNA extraction instruments, and thermocyclers daily
• Monitor and report supply inventory needs
• Maintain a clean and organized lab space
• Attend bi-weekly department meetings and participate in safety audits
• Wear required PPE (lab coat, gloves, safety glasses)
- Communicate findings and updates with supervisor and team

Bachelors in Science

Familiarity with LIMS, flow cytometry, quantitative polymerase chain reaction (qPCR)
Knowledge & ability to perform serial dilutions
