Have a strong background in cloud technologies and AI/ML to support a small customer team by translating their vision and requirements into actionable epics and stories.
Work closely with stakeholders to gather and document requirements, involving solutions architects and ensuring alignment with implementation teams.
Document and communicate functional and technical requirements, ensuring clarity and alignment across all stakeholders.
Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure requirements are understood and implemented correctly.
Facilitate requirements workshops, meetings, and reviews to gather feedback and refine requirements as needed.
Support Scrum Masters in maintaining a backlog of epics, user stories, and tasks, prioritizing them based on business value and technical feasibility.
