The Research Analyst will leverage expertise in sales analytics and market research to support the company’s strategic business planning process. This role is responsible for delivering precise, actionable insights through advanced analytics while collaborating closely with key business units, corporate partners, and cross‑functional stakeholders.
Salary Range: 120K-135K

Required Skills & Experience
Bachelor’s degree required.
Minimum of 3–5 years of full‑time market research or sales analytics experience in a business environment (internships excluded).
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and CRM platforms.
Data visualization experience using Power BI and/or Tableau.
Experience with database manipulation using CRM systems and SQL.
Knowledge of data mining, modeling techniques, and advanced analytics.
Strong problem‑solving, analytical, and critical‑thinking skills.
Demonstrated ability to lead or influence project teams.
