Design logical and physical enterprise architectures to solve complex mission challenges
Serve as a technical advisor translating business and mission needs into scalable solutions
Build proofs of concept and prototypes to validate emerging technologies and AI solutions
Act as a customer advocate by gathering feedback and influencing product direction
Train internal teams and stakeholders on architectural decisions and technology implications
Evangelize innovative automation and AI solutions across federal customers
Develop technical roadmaps and evaluate emerging technologies
Collaborate across business, technical, customer, and product teams

Required Skills & Experience
Active Top Secret OR DHS Clearance
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field, or 3+ years of specialized relevant experience
15+ years of management, development, and/or architecture experience
Experience developing and delivering solutions on ServiceNow Government Community Cloud (GCC)
Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
Experience supporting federal enterprise programs with governance and compliance focus
Working knowledge of security tools and frameworks (e.g., SailPoint, Okta)
Experience with FISMA, FedRAMP, and Section 508 requirements
Ability to identify AI use cases and translate them into technical and architectural requirements
Strong communication skills with technical teams and government stakeholders
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience with Google Gemini
Experience integrating AI solutions with SaaS/PaaS platforms such as ServiceNow or Salesforce
Scrum Master and IT service delivery experience
