Job Description
Insight Global is seeking an experienced and dynamic HVAC Supervisor to oversee all heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) operations across its client’s VSTC Campus. This critical leadership role will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation, maintenance, and management of the university’s HVAC systems, which include steam boilers, commercial chillers, and building automation systems.

This position reports directly to the Facility Manager and plays a pivotal role in ensuring the university’s HVAC systems operate efficiently, safely, and within budgetary guidelines.

Required Skills & Experience
Education & Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC operations.
Experience in managing large-scale HVAC systems, including steam boilers, chillers, and cooling towers.
Knowledge of Building Automation Systems (BAS) and controls.
Skills & Certifications:
Leadership and team management skills a plus.
Proficiency in HVAC systems design, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
Strong project management skills, including scheduling and execution.
HVAC/R License, Certified Energy Manager (CEM), DC 3rd or DC 1st Stationary license, or other relevant certifications preferred.
