Job Description

This role will be responsible for pursuing large opportunities that help our customers modernize their HVAC equipment for pursuing opportunities for both plan/spec and design/build or direct-to-owner projects.

Required Skills & Experience

- 3+ years of HVAC service sales experience

- High School Diploma

- Experience selling, HVAC units, Boilers and chillers to Commercial and or Industrial Clients.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

* Bachelor's degree

* Knowledge of the industry, market and key market participants: specifically medical, pharmaceutical or education industry within Washington D.C. area.

* Demonstrated strong written, verbal and presentation skills to effectively develop expectations and relationships with internal and external customers

* Self-motivated and able to manage many simultaneous projects and responsibilities

* Extremely comfortable operating in a technical environment utilizing Microsoft based computer software

* Outstanding sales/negotiation skills and goal-orientated with strong time management and organizational skills
