Job Description

An employer is seeking a Vulnerability Mgmt. / GRC Ops Specialist to support a global pharmaceutical customer. This team is expanding its cybersecurity function to support operational workload and free up leaders and other senior team members for strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities:
-Identify risks and monitor vulnerabilities across systems (primarily AWS cloud)
-Triage severity (e.g., critical vs low-risk)
-Open/track tickets and drive remediation
-Weekly reporting and metrics

Required Skills & Experience

-5-7+ years of relevant experience in cybersecurity / vulnerability management
-Strong cybersecurity operations background
-Ability to assess vulnerability severity
-Experience identifying risks and monitoring vulnerabilities across AWS-based systems
-Experience leveraging Wiz.io for CSPM / remediation preferred
-Must be able to work independently and solve challenges on their own
-Excellent communication skills

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

-Risk management, audit, GRC (governance, risk, & compliance)
-Experienced performing risk assessments (cyber, third-party risk, internal audit)
