Job Description

The Volunteer Event Manager will support the Community Impact group by leading the end‑to‑end execution of employee volunteer events across North America. This role is highly hands-on and execution-focused, responsible for planning, setting up, managing, and closing out multiple volunteer events each week. The ideal candidate is a seasoned event manager with strong instincts, a proactive mindset, and the ability to independently manage logistics in fast‑moving environments.

We are looking for someone to support comprehensive event coordination and execution across the US and Canada. You will manage scheduling, planning, logistics, room bookings, volunteer sign-ups, and operational coordination with nonprofits and third-party partners.

Required Skills & Experience

○ Minimum 4 years of experience in event coordination, program operations, or a similar role
○ Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple concurrent events and campaigns
○ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
○ Proficiency with event management platforms and data tracking systems
○ Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
Experience coordinating logistics including venue management and stakeholder communications

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

○ Experience with corporate volunteering programs or community engagement initiatives
○ Experience working with nonprofit partners and community organizations
Experience with volunteer management
