A client in the Arlington, VA area is seeking a TS Cybersecurity Mission Specialist in support of a federal program. Candidates are required 2-3 days onsite/2-3 remote - can be 50/50 onsite/remote schedule. Candidates will be required to support policy for CSSP team - the ideal candidate will have had previous experience on a CSSP team so they can best shape that policy. This position requires candidates to be proactive and perform duties as a system owner and monitor 24/7 - strong knowledge of RMF process, ATO, and a background with a CSSP team is required.

* 12+ years professional experience in professional services, Federal government, or Federal consulting
* 6+ years of experience in the cybersecurity or information assurance field and capable of providing an operational understanding of the cybersecurity program within DoD
* 4+ years of experience with supporting DoD-level cybersecurity service provider (CSSP) teams
* 4+ years of experience with writing or drafting executive or formal senior-level correspondence and/or material to support decision-making and strategy development
* 2+ years of experience drafting of technical writing at the organization-level (e.g., drafting organization level technical policies, and strategies)
* BA or BS degree
* Clearance: Top Secret
