Job Description
• Design and implement technical approaches within the ServiceNow platform
• Collaborate with Business Analysts to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Develop and configure ServiceNow applications using JavaScript, including:
• Portal Development
• Virtual Agent
• Workspaces
• Work in an Agile environment, contributing to sprint planning, development, and iterative delivery
• Participate in technical reviews and provide guidance on platform best practices

Required Skills & Experience
• Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow, including:
• JavaScript-based development
• Portal Development
• Virtual Agent
• Experience with Public Sector Digital Services (PSDS) or strong experience with Customer Service Management (CSM)
• Ability to design scalable and maintainable technical solutions
• Experience working in Agile teams and familiarity with Agile tools and ceremonies
• Strong communication skills and ability to work closely with cross-functional teams
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Experience with one or more of the following ServiceNow modules:
• SPM (Strategic Portfolio Management)
• ITOM (IT Operations Management)
• ITAM (IT Asset Management)
• Ability to work independently and lead technical conversations
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
