Translate stakeholder needs into clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria
Collaborate closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of requirements

Operate independently and drive outcomes with minimal oversight
Ensure alignment between platform capabilities and business needs

Strong background in requirements gathering, user story creation, and stakeholder engagement
Ability to work independently and manage tasks without direct supervision
Understanding of Agile methodologies and tools
Experience with specific ServiceNow suites such as:
SPM (Strategic Portfolio Management)
ITOM (IT Operations Management)
ITAM (IT Asset Management) (preferred but not required)
