• Lead workshops and facilitate requirements gathering sessions
• Translate stakeholder needs into clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria
• Collaborate closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of requirements
• Maintain strong communication between business and technical teams
• Operate independently and drive outcomes with minimal oversight

Required Skills & Experience
• Strong background in requirements gathering, user story creation, and stakeholder engagement
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks without direct supervision
• Understanding of Agile methodologies and tools
• Experience with specific ServiceNow suites such as:
• SPM (Strategic Portfolio Management)
• ITOM (IT Operations Management)
• ITAM (IT Asset Management) (preferred but not required)
