Required Skills & Experience
7+ years in project management, program management, or engineering delivery leadership
Proven experience running quarterly planning cadences for engineering teams with customers
Experience as a Scrum master and using Agile development
Git-based workflows, CI/CD pipelines with quality gates, branch promotion, and change management
