Job Description

- Oversee the planning, implementation, and tracking of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) projects.
- Ensure that all MEP designs and installations comply with the relevant codes and regulations.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project feasibility and efficiency.
- Manage budgets, project resources, and schedules to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Conduct on-site inspections to monitor progress and adherence to standards.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all MEP-related communications with stakeholders.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any MEP issues that arise during construction.
- Maintain detailed documentation of all MEP project activities and decisions.

Required Skills & Experience

Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, architecture or construction
5-10 years of experience working within construction
- Proven experience in MEP systems within the construction industry.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations.
- Excellent project management skills, including budgeting and scheduling.
- Ability to lead and communicate effectively with diverse teams.
- Proficiency in relevant software, such as AutoCAD and project management tools.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- PE or EIT
Operator's license
