Job Description

An employer is seeking a motivated Legal Executive Admin in Arlington, Virginia. This person will be responsible for performing administrative support to the law department and coordinating backup. They will prioritize and schedule internal and external events and meetings. They will maintain executive calendars and anticipates conflicts. This person will facilitate collection, preservation, and production of documents. They will conduct research for report preparation and prepare legal correspondence/ presentations. They will maintain legal management systems and process domestic and international travel arrangements, in addition to monitoring on-going logistics for all designated business travelers.

Required Skills & Experience

- 3-4 years of professional experience as an Executive Admin or Legal Assistant

- Great attention to detail and customer focus

- Experience with Legal terminology & processes

- Experience with Legal Software Applications

- Effective document management skills and written communication

- Able to both work independently to resolve problems

- A cooperative, positive, team-oriented attitude is necessary, including the ability to communicate effectively

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- Concur Travel Arrangements experience

- Bachelor's degree
