Job Description

My client, a federal government integrator headquartered in northern VA, is seeking an executive administrative assistant to support their DHS customer at their HQ building in Arlington, VA. Their day to day responsibilities will include supporting 1-3 "principals" for the federal client - calendar management, coordinating travel arrangements through concur, and taking meeting minutes/preparing action items

Required Skills & Experience

Bachelors Degree

5+ years executive assistant experience supporting a C-Suite level

Concur travel system experience

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

previous CISA or DHS experience
