Job Description

The Division Contract Director is responsible for the overall management and coordination of all work for a DOJ Division under this contract and acts as the central point of contact with the Government — primarily with the Division’s COR, but also with the Lead Component COR and the Contracting Officer. The Division Contract Director has full authority to act for the Contractor in the performance of all required work and services under all Task Orders.

Responsibilities Include:
• Coordinate the management of Division-specific work performed under the Division Contract Directors across all participating DOJ components.
• Serve as the senior point of coordination when efforts and resources must be shared across multiple Divisions.
• Meet with each COR at least once a month for Division-level in-progress reviews (IPRs).
• Attend other periodic meetings as required, including joint meetings with all CORs and the Contracting Officer.
• Implement the contract management structure so that requirements spanning multiple Divisions are handled effectively.
• Be available on short notice for in-person meetings in the Washington, DC metropolitan area.


Compensation:

$180,000 to $200,000 per year annual salary.

Required Skills & Experience

• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Public Trust clearance prior to start (candidates are not required to be cleared at the time of application).
• Ability to work effectively in a fully remote environment.
• Senior management experience coordinating large, multi-component litigation support or IT services programs.
• Broad and deep knowledge of litigation support, business administration, human resource management, information resources management, and data processing.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to interface with senior Government stakeholders, CORs, and the Contracting Officer.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate efforts and resources across multiple organizations simultaneously.
• Must be located in the Washington, DC metropolitan area and available on short notice for in-person meetings.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Prior experience supporting DOJ or other federal litigation support programs (e.g., Mega 5).
• Experience managing multiple-award contract vehicles and associated task orders.
